Cambodia just completed the vital road for logistic key development, Ring Road 3, and was inauguration on August 03, 2023 under presidency of Samdach Techo Hun Sen, former Cambodia Prime Minister.
The construction cost for the RR3 is up to $460 Million, Samdach Said.
